Almond Flavor

Almond Flavor Super Strength
A little goes a long way!
LorAnn's super strength flavors (also known
as candy oils or flavoring oils) are three to four times the strength of water
or alcohol-based flavorings or,extracts.

One of our most popular flavors!

Our extra-strong almond flavoring is a favorite of bakers and candy makers. Almond flavor has a sweet, distinctively rich taste that is delightful on its own, yet blends beautifully with fruit flavors like peach, apricot, and raspberry. We especially love it as a flavor in chocolate and baked goods. Use super strength almond flavor in place of almond extract; just use less. For a change of pace, try adding a touch of almond flavoring to your favorite sugar cookie batter.

1 dram = about 1 teaspoon

This flavor is oil-soluble and suitable for flavoring fine chocolates and confectionary coatings. This flavor is also appropriate for use in chocolate mixtures such as ganache, fudges, fondants, and icings (typical use is ¼ - ½ teaspoon per pound of chocolate or coating).

Use Almond Flavor Candy Oil In: Hard candy, general candy
making, cakes, cookies, frosting, ice cream and a wide variety of other baking
and confectionery applications.
